How do I purchase products on your website?

Once you have finished selecting and adding all the products into your shopping cart, you may click ‘Checkout’ and follow the payment instructions.

What is a Wishlist?

A Wishlist is your personalized list of your favourite items on our website. Click on the <icon here> and the product will be saved as your favourite. So, whenever you want to reorder the goods, just look through your wishlist to purchase.

What if I am looking for a product that you do not have in stock?

Why can't I add products into the shopping cart?

You cannot add a product into the cart only if the good is out of stock. Do kindly Contact Us to check on the product’s availability.

Do you reserve my products after I have placed the order?

We will only reserve products after payment has been made.

What happens after I have placed an order and completed the payment of my purchases?

Your order status will be updated in approximately 1-2 working days. Your products will be handpicked, wrapped, packaged and sealed properly. The products will then be picked up by our courier service, and a tracking number will be sent to you.
