What courier service do you use?

Our shipping partner is Easy Parcel.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process.

When will my order be shipped out?

The orders will be collected by our courier service from our store on Mondays and Thursdays. Please kindly take note that the orders will only be dispatched if payment is processed before the payment cut-off date as listed below. If payment is made after the cut off day, orders will be collected on the next dispatch day. Please kindly refer to our Shipping and Delivery policy for more information.

How can I check the delivery status of my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent to customers via SMS. The delivery status can be tracked by clicking the link provided in SMS and it will direct you to our shipping partner’s tracking page.
Can I select a delivery time?

Unfortunately this service is currently not being offered by our shipping partner.

Can I place an order on your website but collect it myself?
Yes, you may select local ‘Self Collect’ during check out and make your payment. Kindly note that self-pick up is only available via appointment basis (Monday, Thursday and Sunday), refer to Shipping+Delivery Policy
 
We will only reserve the items for you after you have made payment. A Confirmation Notice will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection. During collection, the collector will need to provide us your name, telephone and order number for the pick-up  option as stated in your email. 
How long can you keep my order if I select the Self Pick-Up option after I have made the payment?

We can only hold your order for a maximum of 1 month. After 1 month, we will cancel your order and release the ordered products for other customers to purchase. The payment that you made will be converted into store credits for future use.

Do you do International Deliveries?

Unfortunately, international deliveries are currently not available. Kindly Contact Us.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

Unfortunately, free delivery is currently not available. Please stay tuned to our website and social media for any current promotions being offered.

What should I do if my package status is shown as delivered, but I have not received it?
Once the orders have left our facility, they become the property of the shipping company. If your package status is shown as “delivered” and you are unable to locate it, please contact your family members and neighbors in the first instance as they often end up in familiar hands. 
 
If you are still unable to locate your package, please Contact Us for a replacement, strictly within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Do you accept Returns? Is it possible to return an item I have purchased?
At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please Contact Us within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will evaluate it. 
 
Otherwise, we sincerely apologise as we are not able to accept returns or refunds. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product you purchased, please reach out to us and we will happily assist you in finding a solution that meets your needs.
